We have taken multiple cruises on several major cruise lines and have learned that Donna Bolton’s services are invaluable. She had saved us stress, given advice that is wise and been a successful advocate when glitches arise. Even the best cruise lines have issues and can be hard to communicate with. Having Donna involved, we don’t have to worry. She has found us rooms that seem unavailable, at unadvertised rates, even with upgrades. We think that we are pretty smart and experienced, but we are no match for Donna’s expertise. She always overdelivers with her personal service.
